• Go to Saudi Council of Engineers Official Website الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين www.saudieng.sa from menu hover of E-Service and select Accreadtion from Drop Down Menu. Or Simply Select New User from the top right side of the webpage.

• Enter all the details in the form. Email, Password, Mobile No, Classification. Be sure that you have access to the Email you are entering in the form.

• Select Technician as a membership classification.

• Now SCE will Send the Account Activation code to Email you previously entered for registration.
• Activate the account and login.
• Once Login it asks for Iqama details. Check Saudi Iqama Status Online

• It will automatically fetch various details using the iqama number.
• Upload Picture in the next step as well as a select place of birth.

• Now on the step of Membership duration Select the number of years for which you want to register. Each year costs applicant 200 SAR.
• Technician Education: Enter Specialization, Graduation Country, College, Graduation year etc.
• Upload Attachments: Iqama ID, Diploma Certificates, Authorization Letter, Employment Letter, Diploma Certificate from the back, Passport, CV(Optional). Don’t need to attest diploma if you have company attested experience (Only for Technician)

• Go to dashboard and in my bill, you will all payments applicants need to pay..
• The first new bill is generated for DEGREE AUTHORIZATION FEE of 500 Saudi Riyals, Pay the fee via SADAD payment.

• It will take some time for verification of fee, After that again login to SCE. Must Check for registration Again and Again.
• Go to New Bill Area and this time you need to Pay AFFILIATION FEE against the years you chose while registration. For each one year it is 200 Saudi Riyals.

After Jawazat verification of fee and SCE degree Authorization, you will get a new SCE Registration Number.
