very unprofessional management for the orders as they deliver the order incomplete as our order KOT- JBAR 21-2348 of JUST BURGER COMBO meals but they deliver only SANDWICH and driver was unable to do any !!!! as we ordered and paid in advance but NON care after
Absolutely a horror experience to work with. Very unprofessional team throughout. Feedack from delivery riders to business partners all is very poor. They are simply surviving by taking over other businesses. They don’t have the stuff to survive without buying people and companies out.
Why it is so hard to contact them for order refund. There is no option on the app for the chat too.
Very bad company very bad service i ordered from talabat mart app said i received order and i didn’t receive any thing 303 LE lost for nothing need my money back please in my credit or i will use law and court even dont want vouchers or gifts don’t want order again want this company to close in Egypt that’s shame customer service said that driver don’t answer us first time hearing that from delivery company they said they will call within 60 min no body call within 3 hours no response

From yesterday am trying to contact any of your head office or some one in charge but in vain, am following up with my order where there is refund of 53 AED I should receive it but in vain, and as per your customer support they guide me to do the refund of the application where it ended that I had added more amount to wallet instead of take my refund, now in my wallet I can see 106 AED, I need this amount to be refund back to me at earliest.
And I hope that there is a responsible person in your company able to help me instead of the customer service agent, who they promise 100 times that some one of their manager will contact me but in vain.
So here we are in the middle of a pandemic with COVID cases still rising. I have just visited Gardens plaza and needed to visit the washroom, one of the talabat riders walked out of the cubicle, walked passed the sink without washing he’s hands then sat at the Subway counter waiting to collect a food order. I informed him how disgusting it was and also the server in subway and was totally ignored by both with no action taken. And we wonder why cases are still rising. And the poor person who’s food is being delivered is non the wiser. Please Talabat educate your delivery drivers
