What are Qmiles and Qpoints? Before going through how to get member of privilege club and get your card first you must understand what are qmiles, these are the miles when you and your nominated family member travel through Qatar Airways and their partners. These Qmiles are valid for three years and expires twice a year at end of each 6 months. For example, Qmiles earned between January and June 2014 will expire 30th June 2017 and Qmiles earned between July and December 2014 will expire 31st December 2017. Also for example if you Fly to Boston, up to 20,000 bonus Qmiles to be earned by you.
Qpoints are earned according to your fair pay and booking class. more Qpoints mean more benefits for privilege club also it increase time limit of your membership tier in privilege club.
Whenever you earn qpoints after 12 months all of them were calculated and you can upgrade your membership from Burgundy, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
How to Join Qatar Airways Privilege Club?
There are two methods first directly go to Qatar airways ticketing offices, airport check-in desks or on board any Qatar Airways flight. Just complete the application and apply.
Second method is online registration go to Qatar Airways website and go on qmiles.qatarairways.com here fill out this application form to join Qatar Airways privilege Club. Take all documents such as qatar visa, passport and travel documents in front of you. Remember more qmiles and qpoints can give you more extra benefits and upgrades to your membership. Your Privilege Club membership card will be sent to you upon your first earning activity with Qatar Airways Privilege Club.
