i have question from my mada account,from all some of bill history i have unit credit -52.000 omr.i asked one staff in grand mall omantel she said this is data usage which is i didn’t convince her explanation.i need help to fix this please.i was thinking that i paid tru omantel machine then its not go through to my account.is there any cases happened like this before same like me now?please answer my concern as fast as posible..thank you
