The Primary Health Care Corporation(PHCC) said that to obtain the institution’s services through all of its health centers, you can register for services by submitting an application to obtain a health card that entitles you to visit these centers and benefit from all the services provided in them for all residents of Qatar.
Submit a health card application to Primary Health Care Corporation’s centers or online through the “Hukoomi” website, and pay the card issuance fee of 100 Qatari riyals for residents and (50 Qatari riyals for Qatari citizens) annually, and you will also need to attach some personal official documents to obtain the health card such as a valid passport or ID card, a valid residence permit for residents, passport-sized photos, a document to prove the place of residence (a copy of a utility bill such as a telephone or water bill or electricity), vaccination card (for children only), sponsor’s ID card (for domestic workers only).
