EMPLOYEE NEED TO ASK EMPLOYERS FOR EXIT PERMIT

There is alot of thing going on social media than employee don’t need to ask his employer for exit permit which is totally fake as qatar Emit amended the new Qatari labour laws in order to keep the employer in charge of employee exit permit.

According to its laws before amendments its states that MOI setups an automatic system which issue exit permit to expats once their contract is finished which means the don’t need permission of his sponsor to issue exit permit.

But now the clause is amended, employee still need to ask and get permission from his employer for leaving QATAR for any reason or problem.

However those employers who illegally retain employee and didn’t give him permission than employee may file a complaint in-front of new grievance committee.
