Annual Leaves in Oman Labor Laws:
The employee is entitled to 15 days annual leave after fulfillment of one year in service, the annual leave must be Paid Leave.
The leave can increase up to a maximum of 30 days for every year thereafter.
Annual leave must be given by employer once in every two years if he is unable to give leave at the end of each year.
