Civil Id renewal using Phone:
You can request Civil Id renwal using your phone call Paci on 1889988 than select the language by pressing 1 for Arabic and 2 for english.
The operator tells you which service you want to use, from against you press the number. After selecting Civil ID renewal enter the civil Id number.
After submitting request take old Civil Id you need to get New Civil ID from Public Authority of Civil Information Headquarters, Zahra, Checkers’ Building, ground floor, Reception Hall to receive the new card. Where you have to pay Renewal fee of KD 5.

Enter you Civil Id card Number and proceed to next Step where you can send request for New Civil Id.
