First Timers can start the registration procedure and complete NEW USER? Form

Birth Date, Gender, E-mail

ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Now Visit your Email Inbox and Activate Account

After Activating OEC Account Login with email and password

Now Enter all the Personal Details Such as First Name Last Name Extension Name(Optional), Passport Number, Flight Departure and arrival at philippines etc

On Second column enter all the details related to you job contract and Click on SAVE Changes Button for all columns.

After that Upload your Photo and Sign out from Account and than again Login to your account

After seeing all details Click on Acquire OEC OR Exemption and enter you expected flight departure date. Must Read IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Select the location or office from where you want to collect OEC certificate. POLO Kuwait, POLO Dubai, POLO Saudi Arabia or other countries.

Select Available Appointment Date, Blue Boxes and than Set Appointment

And Print the Online Appointment Form and Make 3 Copies to present them at Labor Office

Requirements and Documents AT POLO offices:

Original Passport with valid entry visa
2 photo copies of the Passport , Residence Permit Copy (2)

2 Passport copy of the sponsor
OEC Application Form that are available at the Office
Proof of valid OWWA membership if not a member than Download OWWA Membership Form
2 copies of Employment Contract take original also
2 copies of Added Terms and Conditions to the Contract of Employment (Professionals and Other Categories)

Sponsor need to fill these Forms: Undertaking Affidavit, Information Sheet of Sponsor After filling also take them with other documents
