Saudi Arabian Airline a biggest giant in Saudi Aviation and Air Transport Services optimistic about increasing their number of aircraft to 200 by 2020 and also aiming to done 100 Saudization of Pilots till 2020. The article published on Arab News.
Saudi Airlines Director General Saleh Al Jesser said after returning from France with delivery of New Airbus A330, he said that Saudi Ailines want to receive more 25 such aircraft within a few months. On the Issue of Pilots he said that Saudi Airline try his best to train more pilots in this regard Saudia is planning to train 3000 Saudi pilots which were send abroad to get best education about aviation and so that we meet the future requirement of Pilots and co Pilots in Saudi Arabia.
Aircrafts that Saudi Airlines currently operates includes 35 Airbus A320-200, 15 Airbus A320, 12 Airbus A330-300, 22 Boeing B777-268L, 4 Boeing B787-9 and 11 Embraer 170.
The new Airbus 330 will help cut operating cost by 20 percent per seat. Which in result decreases ticket prize.
